Xiaomi mijia compact projector warning about over heating

Quite often my projector shows warning about over heating.
The vents are well maintained with frequent vacuumed cleaning but still the warning pops up now and then.
Also at times white horizontal lines are displayed while booting up before focusing.
It is a year and half old but the message about over heating is seen since more than an year. I suspect problem with some component and xiaomi should be aware of this issue already
