Xiaomi Redmi Buds 4 doesnt show data in app MI Buds 8

Hello , i have Xiaomi 12 phone and Xiaomi Redmi Buds 4...but it seems that they not working correctly each other. When i connect Buds 4 via bluetooth it doesnt show data(example battery) in aplication MI Buds 8 and is not possible update firmware. Can someone give me advice?

when i connected to another phone aplication work correct and showing data. Also a tried connect another Buds 4 to my phone Xiaomi 12 from my friend and problem was the same. Doesnt show data.
