New Xiaomi Redmi Note 4g Doesn't Push Whatsapp Messages

I have a problem with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 G. It doesn't push Whatsapp messages. I don't get a single Whatsapp message notification. My messages notify only if I have the application turned on. I have MIUI 5.3.13 Beta version.

In miui 6, you have to press the security icon, permissions, Autostart and check whatsapp.
