Xiaomi redmi note 8 Pro - ethernet adapter compatible.

I tried already 3 (ugreen. tp-link and uni) but sadly none worked. Please how to make it work? It worked perfectly for the xiaomi redmi 9 pro with all 3 adapter but we have 2 xiaomi redmi 8 pro and none worked with the adapter. I updated everything. I can not find why so far. I need a solution. Anyone solved this? Please do not write about xiaomi 8"not Pro" version. I know it works with this model. The problem is with 8 Pro.
