XiaoMiTool V2 updating xiaomi.eu

Hello,
Its my first time flashing a rom and I'm currently waiting for my bootloader to unlock. I will use the XiaoMiTool V2 as I have no experience flashing a Rom. My question is if I can update the rom using the XiaoMiTool without losing data or do I need to do it manually?

I have the xiaomi mi 11 lite 5g (renoir)
But in XiaoMiTool V2 there is the option to instsll Xiaomi.eu. Is this not working or what is the problem?

I don't know but I really don't recommend it.

Because I don't think it can install the latest versions of Xiaomi.eu ROMs (for your device). Use it for flashing Official ROMs if you want but that's all.

EDIT: Also, there is no support here by using this tool.
