Invalid Xioami Pad 6 Netflix Disney app problem

Hello,
I have mi pad 6 MIUI 14.0.8 global version.
I can't open Netflix app. I can't play HD video on Prime Video or Disney.
When i check to L1 certification status it is look like okey but i cant pplay or open.
I installed EU rom but stil same problem.

When i search on forums i saw to many people same problem.

Hello guys i need help. After last update can't watch Netflix or Disney Plus and Prime Video working just 480p. I'll chek with drm info and see System ID 0 . How can i fix this problem. Everything fine running i can watch 4k HDR video on youtube...
