YouTube not working

Whenever I use the browser, I'm getting the desktop layout of YouTube. Videos on there won't play at all. I can't find the YouTube app in Google Play either. I've already tried wiping cache of Play Store and data from Google Framework, but no help. Also a ROM update did nothing. Other videos work just fine. Anyone got an idea?

You can try http://en.miui.com/thread-3998-1-1.html . Download the google installer run it and select youtube from it. I notice play store has been acting weird these few days. Tried to search some apps with it, nothing found but it does from the web version.

Or you could try my fav.. tubemate.net with the ability to download videos..

just download xda youtube version, looks the same of original one but with more features like download and play even when screen is off
