Installed without incident... Thanks to all the Devs and support.
I installed via TWRP through the updater app after i copied the zip to my device....
One question... Can I Now delete Zip install files from my devices storage ?

Mi11 ultra and I have been updating with the weekly ROMs for for a few months now...
I had to install twrp recovery as my phone would boot to miui recovery 5.0.
I rolled the dice with my phone tbh as I'm all that upto speed with all of this but getting better...
What rom were you running on your phone before the flashing, what Android version was on it before and what version of TWRP did you flashed in it now?
I running 22.6.15 now running 22.6.22.
Still running Android 12
And twrp version I m now on3.6.2_12_v3.7_A12

When on 22.6.15 my phone would get super hot when charging... That was the only issue I had but since updating it seems okay.
Just yesterday I was looking into reverting back to the stable updates as I was having trouble with this new weekly.
Kindly send link for TWRP... I taught they said TWRP can't see internal storage of Android 12

I just followed @deepblue2000 post he made on the first page.
Many thanks to him and the support or I would have never or known how to install recovery and updated ROM.
Im not sure about the whole twrp not seeing internal storage I just gave it a good go and it worked, follow the steps and trust the process, good luck you will figure it out.
And now, hours later, 22.6.22 runs.

Hi everyone, i properly installed TWRP but i can not find any file in sdcard or elsewhere... i tried to decript users but it ask a password that i never set... any suggestion? (MI11 Venus)

Try changing the screen lock security to "Pattern".

Poco F3 Issues/Bugs Report - Weekly 22.6.22 based on the previous Report:
1) Manual Xiaomi Cloud Backup doesn't work for some users non related with model or region - Report
2) Empty notifications from Health (Notification Panel) - Report
3) Download videos from Mi Video App doesn't work - Report
4) Some items show twice at Blur App Previews - Report
5) Share doesn't work ONLY when using File App by Xiaomi and Settings \ Privacy protection \ Protection \ Network interception \ Secure sharing <enable> - Report
6) When One Hand enabled change Brightness or Volume touch slider doesn't work - Report
7) The "couldn't use keyboard in some cases" is back. - Report - (Bug Already Fixed - Weekly 22.6.22)
Let me know if you need more inputs with the open Issues/Bugs.
(*) Of course some (or all) of the above reports may be related with Xiaomi and/or App Dev side. Confirmation and some troubleshooting could be needed.
I also notice some improvements and changes on performance and stability of modem radio 4G/5G, bluetooth and WiFi that seems to be on the right direction from Xiaomi side.

I also have a Mi11 Lite 5G and had fingerprint issues before installing this one.
But now it works very well
Test: Tap 5-6 times on kernel version and then on the 34 -35 in the test menu
You might get a solution like this
