Need help 14 pro Reboots on opening app -unlocked bootloder

Hi All

I just unlocked 14 pro & installed xiaomi.eu_multi_SHENNONG_OS1.0.23.11.30.DEV_os1-14 ROM

it's getting rebooted even for interaction with the app

Ex: I tried installing clone whats app It opening but goes into reboot / gmail app tried adding my second gmail - same issue reboots

Please suggest any possible solution..Thank You all
