- no crashes or bugs (after using it for a few hours)

Running this rom with Art and must say It's smooth, stable, battery life is fine and haven't found any problems yet. I'm sticking with this one for a while.

Have you found a version of OmniROM, or any other ROM which doesn't randomly reboot? I haven't yet.
