No Audio in earphone

Just bought my MI2 couple of days ago & bought a skullcandy ink'd earphone but could not hear anything. The audio is still coming from the speaker of the cell phone even when the earphone is connected. Tried the earphone of my S2 with same result. Hope it's not the phone. Greatly appreciated if somebody had this problem, & solve it. Thanks..

Happened to me too when I first got the phone, make sure you plug the thing in all the way, don't be scared to apply some extra pressure.

After a while it will start working nicely.

Made it work after couple of tries. Was afraid the unit is defective & have to send it back Lol. Anyway this phone is great. Sale is ongoing now @ ibuyguo $26 less when I bought my 16g. Grrr..

Weird that when receiving calls the ringing is coming from the unit & not from the earphone.
