Camera APP: high ISO and low "Exposure time"

Mi2s camera app auto iso use very high ISO and low "Exposure time" setting on sun day.
High ISO and low "Exposure time" bad setting.
I test samsung galaxy s4 and S4 take phone iso 50 and very good photo.
Why can i set ISO 50?

I finded Gallery + Camera of Galaxy S4/HTC One Google Edition APP.
I installed Mi2S 32Gb phone and take photos built in camera app and this camera app.
Same phone-cam device and two camera app different results:
Miui camera app less successful, S4/HTC camera app more better.
Devoloper team must more work on Miui camera app.

You can download and test Gallery + Camera of Galaxy S4/HTC One Google Edition APP.
This app see 8MP max on mi2s 32gb, not 13mb.

Have you tried to change ISO manually?

Yes i tested manual iso mode, camera app insufficient,
Additionally: Mi2S 32Gb phone not remember my ISO setting when camera app closed and reopen, its set always auto ISO mode.

Did you try camera apps from play store? like these two, for example:

I tested earlier Camera ZOOM FX but i didn't like, yes its have a lot of setting but not as good as Galaxy S4/HTC One Google Edition APP.

i will test Pudding Camera.
