Wipe Everything Before Sell

Hi guys, I'm gonna sell my mi4 and I would like to wipe everything including my data.
How can I do that?
right now I'm on 6.3.31 with twrwp installed.

Go to "en.MIUI.Com" and download the rom, this is official Xiaomi site. Method is described there. Take the développer, it is OK and easier to install as you already have android 6 currently on your phone.
