Hmm. A lot of problems with 6.11.24. Too much English, Ukrainian and Chinese language in Russian localization, wrong icons in security app, weather still not working and e.t.c

For the Security app icons problem clear cache that solves.

What?? Xposed doesn't work anymore? And why is that? I'm not upgrading if that means leaving behind all the tweaks I did with xposed...
I know it's not the security patch, because I'm on the previous nightly and xposed just works...

Installed on Kate and xposed framework works as before. Can not see any difference / issue till now. (installed about 2h ago)

Using systemless xposed V86.2 with no problems. Have rebooted successfully.

What do you mean by advanced reboot? If it is xMIUI module option, then that is also working for me.

Read the damn thread. It has been written everywhere, it's NOT an issue of this ROM.
Servers ARE down.
Continuing to report bugs that does not belong here won't get your weather app working again.
There are links for the bug push request to Xiaomi, read the thread and go complain there.

Can not confirm. No bootloop. Because of your posting I tried it 2 times a moment ago. I have Kate, xiaomi.eu 6.11.24 and xposed v86 by SolarWarez and xMIUI module activated.
Difference in Rom for Kenzo and Kate? (can not believe, that missing LTE band 20 on Kenzo causes this bootloop)
