Dear Community,

If you are facing the problem, that you can only access DNX Fastboot Mode (pressing Vol+ and Vol- during boot process) after softbricking your Mi Pad 2, please follow my short tutorial on MIUI Forum.

Just search for "Unbrick Mi Pad DNX Fastboot" and please leave a LIKE, if this was helping you.

Thanks.

Sprry to say, but if you can access only DNX mode, that means, your buttons not working correctly. Instruction, how to fix them, provided here https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...or-entering-fastboot-mode-and-recovery.36000/. After that, you will be able to access recovery and fastboot, so you will be able to reset/re-flash your device also from there.

Problem, i've got xiaomi.eu dev rom, got twrp... Unlocked bootloader.
I follow what is explain in that post, enter in fastboot, install fixit.zip via fastboot but it doesn't work. As thought i got locked bootloader. Before reboot in fastboot mode i've verified in development settings option enable oem unlock is active. But it seems not working.

To put bootloader into verified mode - boot separately into fastboot mode and write "fastboot oem verified". If command not wirking - for 98% you have a problem with drivers. Putting bootloader into verified mode is very close to locked mode. You will not be able to have custom recovery.
If you want someone help you - describe what you did step by step and what happened after that.

I've Just reboot in fastboot mode Fastboot oem verified: OKAY
Then fastboot flash ifwi ifwi.bin
FAILED remote: prohibited command in verified state.

Solved. I use ifwi.bat in fastboot mode. And now it works!
