Hi everyone I have 2 phone

1..For mi 5s gps not fix so I copy gps. Conf from mimaxpro and restart the phone… it ok
Bluetooth not connect with the car so I copied Bluetooth conf from other mimaxpro with so modifications and restart the phone it is ok
2.. Mi maxpro securty scan not working I will copy it from mi5s
3.. The issue I canot resolve tel now… high memory intake in mi 5s… the free is 1.7 gb… my phone is 4gb.. Other roms give me b4 2.5 gb free

Facebook app also crashed. Biggest issue remains with web browser - if it stops responding no possibility to load anything untill all apps are force- killed.

Had to go back again to 7.9.14 because lack of mobile data! this problem has to be taken care of please . thanks in advance

Is a beta ROM.
If you want to try it, I only found one bug: battery consumption is higher than miui8.
Calibrate the battery and you won't have a complaint

Maybe this is a silly noob question but can I skip weekly updates via OTA. So, for example, I want to update once a month. Will the updater skip older versions and give me the latest one? Will there be a problem if I skip a few weekly updates?

Still no video file-transfer mode via USB mode (only file and photo file transfer modes) no changes from miui8 7.2.29 times..
You mean the official 8.6? I Came from official (Stock Rom) 8.??? Then unlocked the bootloader, installed twrp via fastboot, whiped all Data except from SD Card and installed this version. So you think it is necessary to be on a special version before Update (although all Data should be whiped?)

Point 2 advice.
For Xiaomi.eu rom use twrp not fastboot mode. it's the only difference... the rest is the same reasoning, for Stable or Dev rom.
Miui 9 is a major update.
I have tested a lot of beta Roms. How do you calibrate the battery?

Finally it worksGot a problem with OTA update on mi5...when trying to download the zip file, got the error message on the screenshot belong. Have the 7.9.21 version.

From stable to developer yes but there is no need when updating from developer to developer, it is the same android version
