Hello
Mi 6, all MIUI 10 versions seem to have double sound notification on Yahoo Mail, Whatsapp ...
Tried to uninstall and reinstall apps, clear cache and data .... Problem still there.
Any known solutions ?!
Thank you

But is there any way to save wallpaper favorites without that button/shortcut? Or to scroll through wallpaper images?
Indeed, it would be good if we could have the ability to select favourite pictures from the carousel menu (as it is on the chinese version) - not critical, but desirable :)
Thank you
kind regards,

Where's this menu item? I went around in the Settings app far too many times and I don't see it anywhere.. probably I'm blind or something..? Tried to search in the Settings for "full" and "full screen" but it say nothing found.. So: where's this setting in Redmi Note 4 Snapdragon (Mido), please?

hello i wanna clean install this rom how to i do that ? do i need to wipe data-cache-dalvik-system ?

i am using this rom right now but with dirty install i wanna remove everyting and make it clean install

mi5s
Best way for me is: put rom on USB, boot in TWRP and clean everything, go to install, choose otg USB and install new rom..
Based on phone you are ready in less then 15min.
If you don't have USB otg then you can leave internal storage alone (no cleaning) with new rom inside - isn't full clean but it can be ok

I have trouble with installing xiaomi.eu on my HMS2 (Redmi S2), sorry for asking in this version's topic but previous is closed (I'm trying to install .12). I have unlocked bootloader, but problems with TWRP occurs, it says that my device is encrypted and I need to put some password there but I have no idea what kind of password it should be. None of default_password, password, my PIN or xiaomi account password work there. I have to cancel that password screen and wipe Data in TWRP to delete that encryption beacuse It won't let me install anything, but that also wipes my internal storage with xiaomi.eu .zip file. When I put it on external sdcard and tried to install, the installation completes but my phone restarts to TWRP/fastboot mode and don't load the system so I have to flash Global with MIFlash to make phone working again. I'm wondering where I am doing something wrong. Thanks for help :)

For deleting encryption you need to FORMAT DATA, wiping ist not enough.

Hi guys! I tried rooting by flashing Magisk and I end up in endless boot. :(
By the way I'm using Redmi 5 Plus, 8.7.19 Global Beta (8.1 Oreo) Miui 10 - dev rom.

I tried using TREBLE TWRP by Jay + lazyflasher, so far I am able to keep my custom recovery.

Other than that, everytime I flash magisk or superSU, nothing happens. Any tips?

Hello,
I've spent 5 hours yesterday trying to install first global version, then EU version above Chinese MI 8. Had different issues, like endless rebooting when starting MIUI. Now EU version 8.7.19 is installed have problem with launching camera. When launch see "camera error can't connect to camera"
Screenshot is attached. Please help resolve the problem.
Bootloader was unlocked, used TRWP, used everything like in many guidelines, others say everything works fine. But my two MI 8 can't start camera.

Hi All,

Just to report that my MI8 works just fine with the new ROM 9.7.19 after doing a dirty flash (<=> WIPE Dalvik Cache only), so far there is no need for a Format All once you have installed the XIAOMI.EU rom.

Goods news :)
