Guys, a few days ago I have posted about this issue. After many tries I have found the solution.

For overcoming this issue, download the rom and flash it simply using TWRP recovery. Don't need to wipe anything. Just flash it over your current rom. And then reboot the device into system.

1st boot up will take 5-10 minutes. Just wait and don't be tensed.

After rebooting, you will see that your version has been upgraded and no fp issue is present.

Happy rom enjoying.

Go stock then flash rom eu? sorry i'm newbie
If you are now in Eu, then no need to go back to stock then flash eu. But if you are not in Eu rom then you have to first flash the previous version of eu rom then you have to flash 8.11.15 over that.

I'm in EU 8.11.22, how to fix that issue. I have unlock bootloader and TWRP 3.2.3.0.

you need to flash the previous version of 8.11.15 using TWRP. Then you need to flash 8.11.15 rom over that rom without wiping something. means just flash and reboot. then FP issue will be solved. after that you have to come 8.11.22 rom using choose updater package/flashing the rom using TWRP (without wiping anything).

I'm running 8.11.22 so that i must wipe all and then install 8.11.15? After reboot, i install 8.11.15 without wipe anything?

Wipe all then install previous version of 8.11.15. Then install 8.11.15 using TWRP without wiping anything.. just flash and reboot.
