You cannot install Oreo with 3.1.1. I need to update the TWRP version but I got a black screen error with the current TWRP.

Cool, I've used the miflash to install rom, I just needed to unlock the bootloader again, very good, I'll do it as soon as possible. Thanks for the help.
Just one more question, can not I make the update with the rom indicated here in this post? Download the sourceforge yourself?

With miunlock you can easily. (probably 72 hours will have to wait. If you get a 72-hour error while waiting, try again at the end of the time) Before you need to activate the OEM lock from the developer options
the developers will optizime them and we will have update soon, let's wait ^^
5a very laggy and TWRP doesnt work with whis rom...showing just blank screen with stripes onlym

Super Cool update, faster loading and i don't know what kind of format is that, thi is very accurate update when display png image in my themes no more after white display now directly display color and png on my theme, and i see the screen recorder realocated preference text color nice, This is the best update.

Im using TWRP too but I don't experienced your problem maybe you should check always if download the rom completely and properly update using Updater in the phone don't update directly to TWRP it will be open automatically when updating.
Mi 5X users, if you installed this ROM, and if its working evrything well, which version of TWRP did you use? and how you installed it? Wipe data, cache?

After install this rom on Rosy (Redmi 5), in TWRP have INTERNAL STORAGE 0MB. I test official TWRP 3.2.3-0, OrangeFox 8.3 and Batik S 1.4.2....
After format data, internal storage show REAL MEMORY, but when i boot into MIUI and back to recovery....internal storage is 0MB again. Last week rom 8.11.15 do it same. Last week R5 (rosy) have first Oreo ROM and i have this problems.....

And what's the matter? Many time rom is suspended in miui forum and Xiaomi l.eu guys with their magic still release the rom with fixes
