Hi, since the last three Updates i have the problem that most Apps need up top 3sec. for opening. I've tried a lot, and today i installed Nova Launcher and everything works smooth and fast. So for me it seems there are problems with stock launcher. My device is Mi9

Anyone else with this problem?

Hi .. because I have a new phone, I can play around with my MI9 - mimoji camera .

I have installed the last ROM versions multiple times (clean install) and everything is working fine and smooth.

Install the twrp inside the twrp before reboot.
If You Only want the rom, just install it before reboot, but There You Will not keep the twrp.

Same here. Switching the launcher to have an app drawer does help. I just wish the screen quickly flashing after unlocking would go away.

After flashing TWRP in fastboot disconnect the phone and reboot manualy to recovery. Don't use fastboot commands to reboot the device.

Yes ... I have installed some apps deleted apps, restored a backup, installed magisk and edExposed.
No lags, no icons disappeared and I am using the standard launcher ... but I have made a clean install.
Since two days the phone is not rebooted ....

2. Empty screen bug when unlocking phone and having Google Discovery/Assistant enabled still not fixed.
3. Sometimes icons missing on the bottom of the home screen when returning from app.
4. Sometimes this new blue location icon is displayed on the left side of the status bar and you can't do anything with or against it.
5. Privacy alarm for Android Weather & Clock widget regarding location detection still/often displayed although it was turned off for this app.

Xiaomi Mi 9 - after the update I have some problems.
1. Google cam Mod doesn't save photos it's like a gamble sometimes it saves them sometimes it doesn't. I tried older versions and new ones but nothing helped the update caused the problem. Also this problem doesn't occur when I use the stock camer app.
2. Gboard is floating above the bottom of the screen leaving a black gap. I tried the latest stable release what is I guess the 13th of March 2020 and I also tried 2 beta release but the problem was still there only when I uninstalled all the updates it fixed the problem but now I have a gboard that is really outdated.

All in all I like this update but I really hope this will get fixed in this or the next update. I don't really mind the gboard problem that much but the camera one is a major problem for me :/
