(using the manually select update packace option) I don't want to unlock my device again (wait 48 hours [Yes i tried to unlock and it still makes me wait 48 hours ] and loose data.)

Yes. its posiable.
First: install twrp.

i install 11.04 fastboot rom.
Upgrade 11.05 with twrp any losing data.
And upgrade 11.0.7 with twrp any losing data.

11.0.5 and 07 rom no fastboot version.

If you want to install the Xiaomi.eu ROM, you have to unlock the Bootloader and at this point you will lose all the data in your phone. Then, when you install TWRP, the Data Partition is usually formatted so that you lose data.

If I understood it correctly, he has the original global ROM in the phone.
If he wants to install the Xiaomi.eu ROM, he has to unlock the Bootloader and at this point all the data in the phone will be lost.

Ok I'm gonna unlock my bootloader once again (I used to have RR installed) And flash the latest Xiaomi eu rom using pbrp. But can I restore a miui backup in mi eu rom ?

If you mean backup on Mi cloud, yes it can be restored.

Btw What Recovery Do You guys use ? pbrp can't update it.
I used PBRP-joyeuse-3.0.0-20200813-2222-UNOFFICIAL to update from .04 to .05 and PBRP-miatoll-3.0.0-20200826-0101-UNOFFICIAL to update from .05 to .07

The miatoll builds are a unified platform to work with Curtana or Joyeuse, while still checking to ensure the device and ROM are a match.

Which update were you trying to achieve?

I was trying to update to 11.0.7 from 11.0.2
I was using pbrp 2.9.1 JOYEUSE but @asgokcen told me that there is a version of twrp available and I used that to update and it was successful.

Btw Themes app crashes when I try to open it is there a way to fix it ?

That PBRB version was an unofficial build of an unofficial build. :)
The guy who built it was just trying to be helpful by building it himself, and sharing it over at XDA.

Regarding the themes app, (I don't use it), I recall reading that there's an updated APK that fixes the issue but dont recall any details sorry.

I'm sure someone will share details once they're available.
Edit: Themes APK is version 1.8.6 over at apkmirror.
