Installing rom through twrp did not work for me

So i decided to upgrade my xiaomi mi 10 ultra to new rom which is here

But when i went to twrp and pressed install, it told me that the zip type is not suitable or something like that
Is there any solution?

You try to flash a fastboot ROM in TWRP, it can't work.
