Battery saver & autostart

i search best setting for battery saver and auto start function.

12.5.7.0 is verry verry verry agressive with battery saver an cut all, i dont receive a lot of notifications .

for which know applications have you changed these settings?

Messenger / Facebook / Whatsapp / Google Duo / Google phone / Signal / Telegram / Ring Doorbell / ...

Im on Mi 11 ultra 12.5.7.0

I didn't change any of these, nothing auto starts on my phone, and miui battery optimization is on for all apps.
