Android Security Patches

Can anyone tell me if and how to get the Android security patches? My other devices running the China ROM have received them almost every month. My device running on EU Rom is still on security patch from November 2020. Just now my device with China Rom is on Android security patch May 2021.

How to get the Android security patches? Simple, wait Xiaomi to release a new ROM for your device or use AOSP ROM.

EDIT: Latest Stable (12.5.4.0) should have April, 2021 and latest Weekly (21.5.12) should have May, 2021.

I have Stable but stuck on 12.0.6.0, how do I fix that?
It just says: "You already have the newest Version"

On your phone, download latest Stable ROM manually then open System Updater app and tap on the 3-dots menu (top-right) => Chose an update package => Select the latest Stable ROM you downloaded and the new update will be installed.
