New Calls automatically go to bluetooth

Hey Guys,

I'm on Miui 12.6 weekly 21.6.9 (mi 10 pro)

I wear a smartwatch (samsung galaxy active 2) and it used to work fine but the past week or so, I've realised whenever I answer calls on my phone, I hear the person for a second on the earpiece and then it routes it automatically to the watch even though I answered on the phone, and not on the watch. I have to click the bluetooth icon on the dialer and select earpiece. It seems to be happening for all incoming calls only.

I've tried rebooting both the phone and the watch but the problem persists. I'm not sure if it's because of the OS or the watch since the watch updated fairly recently too.

When u have a BT earphone or device audio is routed to it as long as the Bluetooth icon says connected.
Usually u can switch to phone by placing the earpiece near your ear, alternatively you can disable the calls for the watch.

One more option to check is if u have auto answer when BT is connected.

Didn't happen before though, worked fine all this while. No auto answer either. Just started happening a week back

I have the same problem with a Poco F2 Pro and a Fossil Carlyle HR watch. But it doesn't always happen... only about 20% of the time and it is incredibly annoying. It happened while I was on the EEU official ROM on 12.0, I upgraded to 12.5 the same and now to Miui EU hoping to fix it and nothing. I am incredibly frustrated and don't know what to do...

PS: I have the same behavior in Google Phone or in the Xiaomi Dialer.
