Imilab EC2 miroSD card reading problems

I am facing an issue with Imilab EC2 surveying camera, where the microSD card is not readable. I open the MiHome app and then get into hug memory management. But, it mentioned that there is no memory card in there. Hopefully it is solvable. I formatted the card to FAT32 but this didnt work still.

We can Not support Imilab product! We only support Custom EU rom for smartphone.
