Stuck in bootloop and unable to flash fastboot

Hi Guys,

I am in need of a answer if i can have any. I am using Max 3 with Global ROM. The bootloader is by default locked. I am unable to access recovery boot into MIUI only to fastboot. Been following guide in trying to flash the fastboot but no dice.Tried CN stable, RU/EU stable and Global stable but have the same result. based on the log. I couldn't unlock bootloader since the phone can't boot. This is the log from Miflash, any advise is welcome.

Are you really doing that under locked bootloader state?
At minimum original rom could "may be" re-installed .
Everything else is open way to EDL.

Since i've have no way to unlock under the fastboot. Do i have any other option to save this phone rather then chuck it away?

couple years back EDL access was free and easy [i used to install fastboot roms via edl to be sure its absolutely clean] and everyone could ubrick phone. so they have to **** it up for "safety reasons"
