Hello,

I'm new to Miui. I was using Huawei smartphones for the last 5 years.
Currently I'm using a Mi 11 Pro with 12.5.20 (EU Version).

So I entered the address of the private DNS in Connection & Sharing (--> "dns.adguard.com")
When I'm using WiFi, ads are being filtered (maybe, because I entered the 2 DNS Adguard addresses in my Fritzbox too). However, when using the mobile data outside the house, I see every ad and the adguard DNS isn't used. I see the DNS Servers of my mobile operator in advanced settings in "Sim cards & mobile networks".

Any help is appreciated.

dns.adguard.com is working perfectly on WIFI and mobile networks. (I have 2 phones set on it)
But your issue is to find in the network mobile APN settings side.
Check it and sure you find a proxy in it that redirect to your operator ads.
Just delete it and reboot the phone.
Easy life!
