this is the fault no factory reset, camera app, soft reset or anything helps ive tried everything

anytime i use the camera or video record anything a black flash appears and comes on videos/photos

I have the same issue. Attached is system into image. I'm running HyperOs and the Chinese ROM

I tried resetting the camera settings, rebooting the phone and both did nothing.
