New Darkmode navigation buttons don't go dark

New in HyperOS 2.0
on my Xiaomi 13 Ultra, when device is in Dark Mode

the navigation button bar at bottom does not comply to dark mode within a WhatsApp conversation. It is fine everywhere else including the conversation list within WhatsApp.

Also noticed in Spotify
The navigation buttons go white
I haven't touched Themes yet

It's temperamental.It doesn't show until you click within the app so

Spotify fine until you click to show lyrics

WhatsApp to show an individual conversation

And it happens in many apps

If dark mode buttons stay white, like in Spotify premium, update the app, clear the cache, restart your device, or toggle dark mode. Reinstall the app or report it if the issue persists.

It's March 14 now, I am using a xiaomi 14 civi and running hyper os 2.0.2.0 and still this issue hasn't been resolved. I don't mind it in other rarely used apps but it's very annoying for something like WhatsApp. And like it was previously mentioned, it only happens within the pages of the application- most annoyingly within chats. I hope they fix this soon.

Xiaomi 14 Civi (Indian variant of Xiaomi Civi 3 Pro) is not even one of the devices we support, which means you're not using our ROM, so I don't understand why you posted on our forum.

For me there was a simple fix for this - I uninstalled this piece of garbage relic of a software.
Apps like Telegram and Signal are a whole generation above that junk.
