Using inbuilt mic while having calls via TYPE C Aux Cable

Hi there, I have Redmi Note 13 Pro+ and have a type c aux cord, I am using it on my car. Somehow it behaves as if the aux cord had a microphone and i cannot have calls using inbuilt microphone like I do on 3.5 mm jack. I have installed Lesser audioswitcher apk to switch to inbuilt microphone, but it doesn't work. Is there any solution to this problem ? Good quality aux cables with microphone are way too expensive.

i think most phones automatically disable the internal mic when a Type-C aux cable is connected, and there’s currently no reliable way to force the inbuilt mic to work during calls in this setup.
