Wireless Charging Stand Pro

When I take my phone and place it on the charging stand it works perfectly at the start but after 1 or 2min the charging stand will go into error mode. I already tried multiple solution that some people have stated on different website:

- taking off all metal thats on it (only my metal ring)
- after taking off the case it will work perfectly

I use a Xiaomi 15 Ultra with the camera kit case for that phone and as I found out it doesnt work with it and thats a little bit frustrating.

Then why is there no list of compatibility on the website (store)? Also where should the metall be in the case then because the only thing that I can see is the metal ring and that I already removed in a different test but didnt work.
