In that case, I can't help you any more. You will probably have to use the services of someone who will try to install the ROM via EDL (service or online services that have an authorized Xiaomi account).

How to unlock bootloader given the modem firmware is broken?? To add account into Mi Unlock status would need to turn-off the wifi and add the device using mobile data. You cannot get mobile data because modem firmware is broken, then you cant fix the modem because the bootloader is locked?

Yesterday I unlocked and flashed my Houji (previous EEA) with HyperOS 2 stable ROMs from xiaomi.eu. Everything went well and when booting up the system he asked me if I wanted to activate the previously used eSIM, to which I agreed and everything went well. I haven't had any SIM/eSIM problems and so far everything is working flawlessly.

Hi NeogeoSRB, any tricks on how to unlock the bootloader? It kept on saying "application quota limit reached, please try again". - which is extremely annoying for at least a week of trying. When saying account must be registered over 30 days, does it mean 30 days in the Xiaomi Community? Thanks

No. 30 days since You activate i account for first time. 1. Activate Developer options, 2. in Dev. Op. enable OEM unlocking, USB debugging and Device unlock status (or something like that, when this enabling must data been turned on and and wifi off). After all of this, go to Xiaomi community app and set in app Global mode and then initiate unlocking enabling. You have to respect the time they give you in second. For me that was HonKong time and that was +5 Hours against my location. They give me 00:00 Honkog time but my local time for unlocking was 19:00...
