MIUI 1.7.22 How to get english?

So I downloaded the new 1.7.22 MIUI and it's in chinese, and I also downloaded the ENG Pack. What do I do with the ENG Pack...Ive never done this before Do I just flash it in recovery?

Yes, just for future updates, ALWAYS flash the Rom itself in recovery. After it has finished then flash the English Pack.
