Poco F3 crashed, several questions

Good day

i have 2 poco f3, one i didnt used for a long while, both have been on latest xiaomi.eu ROM
since a while i thought, i should use the less used one, as my main f3 batery is down to 70%, but i was lazy cause of some issues

Today it happend, the dog throw the phone from sofa, and nothing bad to see, but the screen stays black except a little horizontal line on top
it seems i can use the touch screen, but i cant see anything

I was thinking about a usb c dock, but google says, no display alt mode for poco f3

so lets start with questions

- Any idea how to get a full backup of the old phone to the less used poco f3 (or a new phone)
Pictures are already safe thanks to my nas, but...many app settings and data would get lossed, and a few will be important

- As my banking app stopped working since 2 month cause of security issue with open bootloader, i would like to revert my working poco f3 from xiaomi.eu rom, to the original rom, incl closed bootloader. Is there any Rom for the poco f3 with phone recording working, and at least having english, best case also german language?
Can someone tell me what ROM to choose exactly, as there seem to be different types, beside countries

If the touchscreen still works, your best option is to try accessing the phone with ADB or screen mirroring if USB debugging was already enabled. Otherwise, recovering app data will be difficult without repairing the display first. For switching back to stock, I'd recommend the official Global EEA ROM if you're in Europe. It includes English and German, supports Google services, and you can relock the bootloader after flashing the correct ROM for your device. As for Xiaomi.eu, banking apps are still hit or miss because the unlocked bootloader and Play Integrity checks continue to be an issue. If reliable banking apps are important, the official stock ROM with a locked bootloader is the safest choice.

Touchscreen is working, i was able to get many data while in bootloader menu of twrp
i dont know how to activate root while in thios mode, the phone has not been rooted before and usb debugging is off

if i could somehow activate the usb debugging from within the adb console while in twrp menu, i could get accerss by scrcpy for example

i have a 2nd poco f3 with same xiaomi.eu rom and twrp, and could try to hopefully press exact same position while in twrp menu to maybe get root installed, but i guess i will have some kind of file list and scrolling seems to be impossibl blind, so maybe there is some way to get to the system files within twrp, even without root/magisk
