HyperOS 3.0 HyperOS 3.0 STABLE RELEASE

A question (probably a stupid one) - are you sure the battery is charged?
This isn't a charging issue. I started the update process in fastboot mode on my PC, and now the device is dead. Even the technical support can't turn it on right now. It doesn't show up in the PC's device manager or ports.

Any mention of stability issues with Popsicle?

Edit: 17 Pro Max with an update for 8.4 gigabytes 3.0.318 if I successfully install this update through the updater app, will it cause any changes with my already rooted device? Would I need to go through TWRP?

Edit 2: Can't even download it. It said that all mirrors are currently offline. Please try again later.

Nevermind. Had to flash it through TWRP. Now my device is completely busted. Thank you EU team. Both Root and TWRP has been removed. It overwritten the partition when it wasn't supposed to.

Of course root is getting removed when you update, you have to re root every time, twrp is also removed by design from the roms because it apparently caused issues.

Define overwritten the partition when it wasn't supposed to, which one was supposedly overwritten?

It's the partition being used with TWRP to allow system updates to be flashed properly. Or the one that allows it to boot first then along with the OS itself. Just from what you're telling me if TWRP is getting removed with every update then what's the point of using a quick flash through fastboot on the phone when you have to connect your phone to a computer every time doing an update.

In other words, what I'm saying is usually you'd have to go to the system settings and then download it and then update it through there. But from what you're telling me here is I'd have to use my PC and hook it up to my phone and flash it?

"Wasn't supposed to"? The recovery partition is a mandatory part of the ROM. Flashing script can't possibly know when it's "supposed to" or not.

its very easy to repair this problem.
before update do;
Just rename recovery.img to recovery2.img in image folder
copy twrp.img into images folder
rename twrp.img to recovery.img
I can create boot.img patched with root permision
very, very easy

Devices supporting UWB (xiaomi 17 ultra & pro), do they work on this ROM? wondering that for uwb tracker tags and tesla controls.

But, now that my phone is completely vanilla with the newest update. Would I go through the same fastboot process with adb by renaming those files, and then flashing them through fastboot using my pc?

Hi guys, I've installed last version of this awesome ROM on my garnet device; sadly I'm experiencing a stutter every 2 seconds and an important overheating.

Tried the latest global version (clean) and the problem dissipated, I've feared of a hardware problem, but fortunately it was not the case. Tried the Chinese variant, even a hyperos 4 port circulating on telegram and the hiccups dissapeared. but i NEED BADLY the xiaomi.eu_GARNET_OS3.0.304.0.WNRCNXM_16.zip version, thus it was the last one that worked fine to me.

I've made an exhaust searching for the file on the web, and unfortunately there are not even a single mirror. the strange thing is that apparently I'm the only one person suffering this rare problem.

please, someone have mercy of my person and show me the path to the file.

thanks in advance.

Try to start in safe mode
press 3 times volume up or down on boot

Reboot in safe mode (press vol - at hyperos screen) and every app I've installed disappeared. Couldn't run a video nor a single mp3 to reproduce the issue. But the system runs fine in safe mode. Idk what's the problem.

I'm desperate.

Why is there always a Crackling sound in HyperOS 3?
Before we were disabling the digital assistant on the Lockscreen and the sound returned to normal.
Now even if we disable it the sound will still crackle. (I am on Garnet)
on the CN version the sound is Perfect.
This should be fixed before anything.

That's what I'm talking about, my phone is hotter than ever, every song, every video, even every download had a kind of hiccups, anything is strangling the processor, and killing all system.

My Garnet is suffering.

On the latest Nezha, Gallery is having some issues.

Gallery can't create memories neither in app or widget, I had it on a charger two nights in a row to test it and they are still not generated.

also, whenever I open edit, I'm getting the update pop-up that does nothing.

Don't know how to reproduce any of that.

sounds good.

can I somehow show memories not generating at all via logcat? not sure what am I supposed to do since its not a direct outcome of my actions but phone generating that while idle and on charging.
No idea, they are generated on my device, took it a long while.
As for the "Update available", I can't trigger that dialog, don't know why you're seeing it.
