same with me when i used Dev..sometimes it stops at 99% or immediately drop to 99% after unplugging. not so sure what caused it. but, I rarely have that problem after using stable.

can you change your screenshot to English language? it's bit difficult to understand which setting are you referring to from the screenshot.

if you are looking for battery life. i wont recommend installing beta version. I used to have beta version for one or two months and install five to six different versions. my experience with battery life is not good. sometimes, i can only get 3 hours SoT with the same pattern. i'm using stable...

my recommendation is use the official ROM. a lot of distributors are using the so called multi language ROM where in fact is lousy custom ROM (random Ads pop up, bloatware, freeze screen, etc). better to get Chinese ROM, applied for unlocking and clean install EU ROM. the flash could be tricky...
