Sorry if this is necromancing, but I'm in a country without EU regulations (Cuba) and MIUI eu stable 10.3 redmi note 6 pro, and get the same problem with 5GHz hotspot, is it normal?

At least in my redmi note 6 pro, there is an option in Developer Settings that says Turn on Wi-Fi coverage extension, but I can't make it work anyway, when I turn on hotspot, wi-fi shuts down. Which netshare app do you mean?
