I've done everything now! I've tested Widevine CDM and with Global ROM it was L1, now with bootloader unlocked, it's L3. I'm using Mi9T Pro.

I've searched for that cmdline for Mi9T Pro, no sucess! Could you send me a PM and help me? :) If it works, i'll share with the community the solution

I can't find nothing about it. So, i've locked my bootloader again and installed Global ROM. It's not what i really want, but at least i can use 100% of my Mi9T Pro.

I've done root with magisk, tried to hide props. I've green on profile verification on both SafetyNet profiles, however still no apps appearing on Play Store. I had the exact same problem with MIUI 10 bro, so i think isn't L3 problem.

Hi mate, You need to flash de Global Rom via Mi Flash, if you want to keep the same Android Rom.
