It's possible but not 100% sure. MiuiTN behaves during initial setting as it is a Google Pixel ROM and then switches to MIUI interface. So maybe there was some additional work done, not only copying everything from China ROM.

Actually I just flashed MiuiTN ROM. It's Vietnamese, as I understand. No problems with incoming calls fo far. One weird thing though is that if you choose a certain language (Ukrainian in my case) right after installing this ROM and then some time later change it to other (e. g. English), then...

Yes, but no good news for Redmi Note 12 Turbo users. Mobile network problem is still not fixed. I installed it today (both as an update and as a clean install with data format) and checked with all 3 national mobile operators. Installed it now. Nothing changed in terms of signal. SIM cards switch off and on as with any other ROM. Signal-wise only stock China ROM is OK.

Thank you. I see now and I also prefer MIUI. Though the mobile network issue is unexpectedly hard to fix, I still have hope that xiaomi.eu team will fix it sooner or later. They never gave up in the past (as I remember), so I keep waiting))

Never tried Evolution X ROM. Is it good? Most importantly, does it not have this problem with mobile network switching off and on during incoming calls? And what about GPay? Does it work with this ROM? If everything works, why did you not like it?

It's unlikely. When I switch to 4G (LTE) as my preferred mobile network, nothing changes, the network problem stays.

I use various Xiaomi Phones since 2013 and I never encountered such problems as we all experience with this Redmi Note 12 Turbo. How come this phone can function normally only with stock China ROM? Why do we have this mobile signal problem with official Poco F5 ROM? And what is more weird is...

Yes, after enabling Voice Match OK, Google works with the screen off. The mobile network issue is still the same.
