The Poco F3 has fixes in firmware - as far as I am aware, the Poco M3 has not received any fixes yet.

Read the entire thread, Optus is an Australian carrier that uses a split APN - one for data, one for MMS. This configuration does not work on the Poco M3

Unless you got it working on Optus MMS, then that won't fix anything.
