I don't get it in your first post you say you have MI 9 but you talk about fingerprint who are "dipper" related. Shouldn't you have Cepheus as @simcaths has?

I don't have your phone model but check if you can flash latest TWRP available for your device then re flash the latest beta rom.

Haven't found a solution yet but I can say that I have this UI glitch too sometimes. I have MI 8 9.9.27 but it was happening in the previous version too. Can't remember exactly but it been few weeks

Remember to never lock again your device even if you leave xiaomi EU rom to go back to global official one. Lot of people do thus mistake then brick their phones. Just saying in case you didn't know.

I don't see any options to disable this in the current versions. You can disable access to power/reboot menu, disable quick access to toggle buttons (Wi-Fi, GPS, etc) but that's the only thing I see under lock screen menu in settings

Sadly most of the phone are USB 2.0 speed. Only Samsung offers 3.0 speeds on most of their phones

I confirm this bug in this latest ROM. I have MI 8 dipper. Front facing camera "portrait mode" crashed the app. My phone language is in French as well as you. I might check the issue in English if I have time.

Also twitch PiP do works but the button to go back to full-screen doesn't. It does click behind the video scare (on the content behind the PiP)

J'utilisais ça sur les anciennes versions de la beta xiaomi.eu mi8 (dipper). Cela marchait très bien (j'editais le build.prop et le remettais en chmod 600 grâce à TWRP. Donc le tout sans root). Depuis 2 ou 3 weekly update cela ne donne plus rien. L'option est inactivable sans modif, activable...
