I'm affraid that you cant.. and have to reflash the rom. because its because data encryption. but maybe may try Ofox 12.1, as i remember ofox can decrypt an encrypted data (but this when I'm using Poco F3)

No problem with NFC here, with 13.0.5 and 14.0.1 update But, I'm not using upgrade (update) options...but cleaned flash. if your device already have problem while its miui 13 then using update option... i suggest you better do clean flash
