Still Problems with mix2 and charging. Phone starts/stops charging when reaching 100% - keeps in cycle ~5 seconds status change- vibrates because of this and turns screen light on -> wakes me up in the night

I confirm - there is something wrong (at least for my case) with this TWRP release or file. Flashed it again - over my perfect working TWRP- and again device is not usb detectable in TWRP. Jep also confirm its the mi mix2 256GB - chiron Its not the first device i installed TWRP, and its working...

@IceMan_it used different release of TWRP, everything is working now- i assume there is something wrong or different on your release or something corrupt in the linked download. Maybe you could upload your release by yourself or check the file in the thread vs yours

I followed ur instructions and end up with installed TWRP but how to get the rom file to the phone ? -Windows doesnt find the device , no thumb drive detected, also not shure how to start the sideload- means after pressing sideload still no device found

Thanks for your support - shure i have to wipe the system folder? ->If after this the TWRP USB storage function did not work i end up with installed twrp but no usable rom. I assume u know what u do - but could you please explain in a few words why i need to wipe everything.

Why is this like it is ? Never got that troubble with TWRP install on any phone. Cant get the phone recognized as usb storage while in twrp and cant realy browse the filesystem because there are strange names

Jep - even if this works, whats about the strange names in TWRP for the storage - cant find my download folder or is this linked ? Cant enable usb on TWRP why?

This lead last time to non booting OS- extrem long boot cycle never got into OS No problem if i can transfer a new image to TWRP accessable storage but as mentioned above cant find the "download" folder and also phone doesnt get detected as storage while in TWRP
