In Twrp No Drive On Windows

Does anybody know whats wrong if u dont see a windows drive while in TWRP, also Sideload doesnt work.
There is total no device detected after connecting usb (Mi Mix 2)

Steps i did:
Flash TWRP, Reboot into TWRP, Delete ALL Data (all boxes you can check)
After this i end up with a phone with TWRP as recovery but cant either sideload or move some files (means the rom) to the phone.

On all other phones i installed TWRP there was never such issue

Seems there is or was something wrong with my used recovery file.

I read your other posts with your issues during flashing. In TWRP it's important to FORMAT DATA, wipe is not enough.
