New Charging Bug on mix2 on 8.8.16

Since the last two updates i noticed that my phone acting strange if touching the 100% while charging.
-Screen light on, off ...
-Connect/Disconnect vibration

Seems for me like its changing from charging to no charging over and over.
Tried several chargers and cables. Very annoying because this wakes me up in the night.

Any clew how to solve this ?- is this a general bug or unique on my device

I have not experienced this at all on my Mix2, used all the recent weekly Dev ROM's.
