Didn't think I was using AOD - nothing on the screen when idle, but does turn on when notifications arrive or I raise it. The fingerprint sensor does light up when I press on that area. All this is to work out whether I am using AOD and not to do with when the phone is misbehaving.

It was set on. I solved it by turning off the Blink light setting, rebooting, then turning it back on.

On my Mi 9 I moved from latest Global to the latest stable Xiaomi.eu 9.7.19 via a full wipe. Things look good, but despite having "Blink light" set, the led never blinks. Any advice?
