0.12.17 theme manager forced close on Milestone

It happens every time when I try to change the theme. I took full wipe and flash the 0.12.17. Then wipe Dalvic and Cache, after that I flash the English pack for 0.12.17 on Milestone. Everything goes fine except the Theme manager as I described.
