1.4.22 Optimisation of handling Third Party call handling of records

Hi, I am using an anti theft app called "theft aware". To access the hidden app, you could normally enter a PIN as a phone call and the UI would appear.

This was - after enabling "third party call handling" - until 1.4.22 came out.

In the changelog it says: Optimisation of handling Third Party call handling of records

Can anyone tell me in which way MIUI was optimized? Any hint how I can enable my anti theft app now?

finally working again with 1.10.21
