1.4.28 English lockscreen theme bug

Applying themes...

It appears applying themes on my phone results in bootlooping for up to 10 minutes until theme completely applies, and I am able to enter the shutdown menu to restart. Following restart all is well.

From what I can tell from trial and error this is related to the lockscreen changes in themes.

The new Dark Miui theme did NOT experience this problem, but all others I have downloaded do.

I will test again once 1.5.6 English is released.

I found out that notification bar theme changes have the same result in 1.4.28 as well.

Basically, if it drives a reboot of the system, the system bootloops. I have gotten in the habit of 3 finger saluting after about 5 loops.

This was a full wipe clean install... not an update or cache clear instance of an install.

Some themes in 1.5.6 has the same result as well. :-(
